FAQs

Choosing a service

Which service do I actually need?

Most residential jobs are covered by residential dumpster rental — that is the general driveway container. The specialist pages exist because certain debris changes the sizing and the price: concrete and heavy debris needs a small box, roofing is priced by weight, and yard waste has to be kept separate under Minnesota law. If you are unsure, call (218) 514-6269.

Do you charge differently by service?

The container is the same; what changes is the disposal cost of the material inside it. Clean, light and separated loads are cheaper to tip than mixed heavy ones. That is why we ask what you are throwing out before quoting, and why keeping concrete or clean wood in its own box saves money on bigger jobs.

Can I mix debris types in one dumpster?

Household junk, furniture and general construction debris mix fine. What you cannot mix in is landscape waste (banned from Minnesota landfills), electronics, appliances with refrigerant, tires, paint, chemicals and batteries. Clean concrete and dirt should stay in a dedicated heavy box because contaminating it turns a cheap clean load into an expensive mixed one.

Do you handle commercial and contractor accounts?

Yes. Commercial service covers scheduled and on-call containers for property managers, retail, offices and institutions, and construction service covers jobsite boxes with reliable swap-outs. Certificates of insurance and vendor onboarding paperwork are routine for us.
